Tech Check

"Tech-Check" is designed to provide independent advice to small business owner/managers on improving their business using technology.  The end result of the service is a set of practical recommendations through which owner managers can:

- Get more out of their existing technology
- Make carefully chosen and planned investments in new technology

These recommendations are not simply plucked out of the air.  They are based on a clear and defined process that each Tech-Check follows:

1. Understand the business model and how it operates

2. Assess how well the business uses technology at present

3. Identify the current strengths and weaknesses of their existing technology
    and the opportunities and threats posed by emerging technologies

4. Narrow down these issues to identify those offering the biggest and quickest payback.

The Tech-Check service is heavily subsidised by the Government, to the extent that the client fee is a standard €150.  This is only a small fraction of the true value and has to be the technology bargain of the decade!
